Ealing Council is recruiting a Strategic Commissioning Lead (SEND 0-25) to shape SEND provision for children and young people. You will lead commissioning, sufficiency planning, and placement management, including Independent and NMISS placements, plus post-16 pathways and short breaks.
You will work with schools, health partners, social care and parents to develop sustainable local provision, reduce reliance on high-cost external placements and improve SEND outcomes.
