The predicted salary is between 23000 - 25000 € per year.

Contract Details: Grade 4, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks, term-time only (TTO). Start Date: September 2026.

John Chilton School is a successful school for pupils who have complex physical, medical and learning difficulties. We are innovative in our approach to educating pupils aged 4 to 19 years in a unique environment. The school is located on two sites, and the post holder will be expected to be able to work on either site.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organising and maintaining school equipment
  • Supporting a positive learning environment for pupils
  • Assisting pupils with their personal care; you must be sufficiently physically fit to be able to do this

Requirements:

  • Hard working and committed to work across the age range (4-19 years)
  • Significant experience of working with children or adults with complex and profound additional needs
  • Able to work with minimum supervision within well-defined guidelines
