The Governors of West Twyford School are looking to appoint a Premises Manager from September 2026. This is due to the relocating of our longstanding Premises Manager. The successful candidate will join a supportive and well-established team and play a key role in ensuring the school operates efficiently, safely and in full compliance with health and safety requirements, always with the needs of our pupils at the centre.

An Assistant Caretaker is in place to support the role, particularly with grounds maintenance, ensuring full daily cover. The school also works closely with Ealing FM for facilities management and benefits from a strong, positive partnership.

About You

You will be part of an effective and supportive team, ensuring that the school runs smoothly and is fully compliant to meet the needs of the children ensuring health and safety. We have an assistant caretaker to assist with particularly ground works, and this ensures that the day is covered. We use Ealing FM for our facilities management and have a positive working relationship with them.

West Twyford is a lovely two-form entry school situated off the Hanger Lane. The school building is purpose built and now just over 10 years old. We have beautiful grounds and our staff team and community are friendly and welcoming. We are committed to safer recruitment, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
