Ealing Council is recruiting a Reablement Carer to join our In-house Reablement Team across the London Borough of Ealing. The role is 25 hours per week, evenings (until 9pm) and includes every other weekend as part of a rostered pattern.
The post involves supporting individuals to maintain independence at home, in care settings, and to develop daily living skills within their own home. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and will be subject to enhanced vetting.
