Elthorne Park High School is a successful and significantly oversubscribed 11‑18 mixed school with 1600 students based in West London. We are incredibly proud of our inclusive approach and have a vacancy for a Pastoral Support Worker, working primarily with our Sixth Form team in 2026‑27. The role combines year team responsibilities with coordination of the school’s pastoral intervention programme and includes support for the school’s safeguarding leads with operational safeguarding matters. It is a role ideally suited to someone with existing pastoral experience who is seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to have an impact in managing support for the school’s most vulnerable students.
