About Us

We are looking for an inspiring and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team for a one-year fixed-term contract. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or an outstanding Early Career Teacher (ECT), we want to hear from you! We would also welcome applications from Key Stage 1 (KS1) teachers.

The Role

As our EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the very beginning of our children's educational journeys. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a creative curriculum that sparks curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a stimulating, safe, and communication-rich indoor and outdoor learning environment.
  • Accurately assess, record, and report on children's progress, using observations to tailor next steps in learning.
  • Build strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers to support children's holistic development.
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled team of EYFS teaching assistants and practitioners.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a deep understanding of early childhood development to our classrooms.

What you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • A proven track record of teaching practice within an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, phonics delivery, and early mathematics.
  • An inclusive mindset with the ability to support children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including standard EAL strategies.
