Job overview

The Governors of North Primary School wish to appoint an outstanding individual to the position of Headteacher. The vacancy arises after the long-time Head secured a new headship following a decade at North. An Interim Headteacher is in post for the Autumn term.

North Primary is located in Southall, within the London Borough of Ealing. The school is a coeducational institution with two form entries, catering to pupils from Reception to Year 6.

The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and enthuse, to be highly visible and both sensitive and firm in direction. Outstanding leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education will be crucial.
