We would consider recruiting an experienced Caretaker at Grade 5 with potential for development. We are looking for an amazing Site Manager to join our wonderful, hardworking team and help us provide the very best environment for our children and community. You will take pride in keeping our school spotless, safe and welcoming.
As Site Manager, you will have exceptionally high standards for health and safety and be confident with:
- Writing and reviewing policies and risk assessments
- Carrying out and recording regular compliance checks
- Managing and monitoring contractors on site
You will be a visible role model for our core values of honesty, respect, confidence, kindness and empathy, building positive relationships with staff, pupils, families and visitors. We are looking for someone proactive, reliable and solution-focused, who works hard and genuinely wants to make children’s lives better by creating an outstanding learning environment.
If you do not yet have the full health and safety management experience required for the Site Manager role, we may consider appointing you as a Caretaker with appropriate support and training.
