This reflects our shared ambition to modernise local government in a way that empowers communities and liberates our workforce. Like all local authorities, we face the challenge of delivering high quality and efficient services to residents in a difficult financial context.
Our communities bring a rich range of cultures, experiences and perspectives, and we are committed to promoting inclusion, equity and opportunity for all children and young people.
