Ealing Council is recruiting two Sheltered Housing Officers on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm) for our Sheltered Housing Service. You will build trusted relationships with tenants, identify support needs, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to provide tailored support.
You will deliver practical help and advice, contribute to safeguarding, and help residents access needed services to thrive in their homes and communities.
