Ealing Council is seeking an Impact Designer to join the Impact of Commissioning Team.

You will lead codesign activities with commissioners, residents, and communities to understand and deliver better outcomes.

Your work combines lived experience, evidence and service data to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.

You will help design services focused on outcomes, ensuring resident experience, equality and community impact inform decision-making.
