Required: September 2026. We are seeking the best possible candidate for this role and therefore welcome discussions regarding alternative start dates where necessary. The MAT Trustees and Governors wish to appoint an inspirational leader with a proven track record of leading change and delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

About you: We are looking for an ambitious leader who:

  • Has experience of leading change and is passionately committed to putting pupil’s learning at the core of school development.
  • Has high expectations of the whole school community and is committed to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Works with all stakeholders and external agencies to improve outcomes for pupils.
  • Is highly visible and approachable, a calm and confident communicator determined to provide opportunities for our children to equip themselves with the skills for lifelong learning.
  • Will be responsible for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SENDCO).
