Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Support Brokers in our direct payments support team (Ealing Direct) covering adults and children\’s social care.

The successful candidate will play crucial role in engaging with our external care markets to source and negotiate community-based direct payment support packages for adults and children\’s services. The role will report to the Ealing Direct Team Manager

This is a busy and demanding role, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the direct payments support process. The post requires the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with borough residents and carers, and a wide range of external providers and partner agencies (both verbally and in writing).

You will receive regular support and training opportunities and experience the benefits of working with friendly and supportive colleagues. Ealing has a diverse range community amenities and excellent transport links, which helps make it a great place to live and work.
