The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
Term time only (40 weeks) plus a week in school holidays. Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00 with a one hour unpaid lunchbreak.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our administration team within the school’s main office. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school, while contributing to a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies
- Be welcoming and professional
- Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
