Job Description

Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Specialist (ICT & Property Services) . We are committed to creating inclusive communities, ensuring affordable housing, and supporting families and children to reach their potential.

The role: The Service Delivery Specialist will manage the Property Services asset management system, ensuring data quality and operational efficiency. You will be the primary contact for system performance, development, and user training, driving continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Property Services asset management system data and users, ensuring high data quality.
• Develop and maintain system operation procedures; address performance issues and system development needs.
• Gather customer feedback, investigate service improvements, and maintain data quality assurance within the CAFM system.
• Analyze data, perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and generate performance reports.
• Engage with service delivery teams to uphold standards and provide system support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Facilities or Property Management.
• Thorough knowledge of the Council’s asset management (CAFM) system.
• Ability to manage data and support operational improvements.
