Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join our highly regarded Legal Property Team. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with a positive, “can-do” attitude and a genuine interest in developing their skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.
About The Role
As a Property Paralegal, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including Right to Buy matters, statutory lease extensions, and property sales and acquisitions. You will also undertake day‑to‑day administrative duties and provide essential support to fee earners, assisting with both pre‑ and post‑completion work. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across the Council and engagement with local partners. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential.
About You
We are looking for candidates with a solid grounding in property law and demonstrable experience in handling related matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE), with a background as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive.
