The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.

Grade: Ealing Scale Grade 7 pro-rata (£34,852.00 - £35,778.00 actual salary)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern: 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Working Weeks: 40 weeks per year (term time plus inset and one additional working week)

Purpose of the Role

To provide high‑level operational, organisational, and strategic support to the school through exceptional office leadership, professional communications, income generation, extended provision management, events coordination, and executive assistance to the Senior Leadership Team. The role plays a central part in strengthening the school’s reputation, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and operational effectiveness, while also providing hands‑on office cover and administrative support when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the school office function and support the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provide executive‑level support to school leaders.
  • Drive high‑quality communications and brand management.
  • Generate income through bids, lettings and other initiatives.
  • Oversee Breakfast and After‑School Club provision.
  • Coordinate events and manage operational excellence.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Highly organised, proactive, and professional with uncompromising standards.
  • Excellent team player, adaptable under pressure, with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in office leadership, communications, income generation or similar operational roles within a school or comparable setting.
