  • Maintain professional communication with foster carers, social workers, and partner health teams both in Ealing and throughout the country for the duration of a child's care.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings: arrange, attend and minute the CLA Health Strategic and CLA Health Operations meetings; produce agendas and distribute ratified minutes to required standards.
  • Manage data quality and records: process health documents; update health, immunisation, medical and dental information; and ensure timely, accurate recording on Mosaic to reduce delay.
  • Compile performance reports and run exception reports, escalating issues and taking remedial actions to ensure reliable children's data for senior leaders and partner teams.
  • Work as part of the LAC Administration team to ensure that critical tasks are covered in the absence of the LAC Planning and review coordinator and support the functions within the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong administrative/business support experience in a fast‐paced service.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Word and Excel (qualification or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to collate, analyse and evaluate performance information and present clear reports on key indicators.
  • Confident minute‐taking for health meetings and thorough post‐panel administration.
  • Excellent customer service and communication—empathetic, respectful and collaborative with practitioners, young people and families.
  • Ability to work methodically, manage competing priorities and adapt to new processes and systems (including Mosaic).
  • The capacity to quickly adapt and find solutions to problems.
