Ealing Council is seeking to appoint an Assistant Director of Housing Demand to lead a high profile portfolio at a critical point of service transformation. This is a key senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping how the council prevents homelessness, manages housing demand and supports residents into sustainable housing outcomes.

The postholder will lead large, complex services and drive improvement in performance, customer experience and value for money. Aligned to Ealing’s Connected Communities approach, you will work across the council and with partners to deliver integrated, place‑based services that respond to the needs of residents and strengthen local neighbourhoods.
