Join Ealing Council's Impact of Commissioning Team and help ensure that commissioned services achieve the outcomes that matter most to residents and communities.
As an Impact Designer, you will work with commissioners, contract managers, residents and voluntary and community organisations to understand what creates positive change and how services can deliver greater impact. You will lead codesign activities, gather resident insight, map community strengths and test innovative approaches to improve outcomes. By bringing together lived experience, evidence and service data, you will help identify where services are succeeding, where barriers exist and what changes could deliver better results.
Your work will support commissioners to design and improve services that focus on outcomes rather than activity, ensuring that resident experience, equality and community impact sit at the heart of decision-making.
If you are passionate about improving outcomes, working collaboratively and designing solutions that make a tangible difference to people's lives, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of services across Ealing.
Ealing Council is committed to creating good jobs and delivering on its connected communities’ agenda. We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive.
Please note all applications will be determined on merit. This role is subject to Ealing Council’s enhanced vetting process.
Closing date for applications: 28 August 2026
