Ealing Council is hiring a Respite Support Worker to join Shortbreaks, a CQC registered learning disabilities service. The role provides direct support, care and flexibility to help adults with learning disabilities reach their goals in a safe, homely environment.
You will assess needs, plan and monitor support, assist with admissions and discharges, and work with families, carers and professionals. Shift work includes evenings and weekends; DBS check will be completed.
