Job Description

Fixed-Term contract for 12 months until 31st March 2026 .

Ealing Borough Council works with developers across the borough to help them fulfil their employment and skills S106 planning obligations. Are you an individual who enjoys working with talented people and matching them with employment opportunities? Do you have experience working within the construction sector and wish to work with a passionate and committed employment team?

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with developers and residents and matching suitable candidates to roles within the construction sector to achieve the strategic goals aligned to Ealing’s Council Plan 2022 – 2026 of 10,000 new jobs.

You will provide one-to-one support and guidance to residents and get involved in employment projects and events.
