  • Can adapt to new ways of working and challenge and champion new ideas and processes.
  • Can work productively with the service to maintain high levels of data quality, maintain systems and spreadsheets, and produce key statistical information in relation to children and adoptive families.
  • Can be responsible for the accurate and confidential recording of a wide range of information pertaining to children and prospective adopters.
  • Can process financial transactions in accordance with financial regulations.
  • Can provide extensive panel support in relation to our monthly adoption panels.
  • Is reliable, efficient and has excellent organisational skills to fulfil a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the work of the team.

You will be known for your attention to detail, can‑do attitude, and the ability to maintain focus whilst working under pressure to deadlines while delivering good customer service.
