SAP Assessor A qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) sought to join a well established and successful sustainability consultancy that is looking for an experienced OCDEA to work remotely, contributing from day one. The ideal SAP Energy Assessor will: * Have at least two years of experience in a similar role * Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Have the ability to build relationships with clients and team members * Ideally have experience writing sustainability reports and strategies * Be familiar with planning and Part L building regulations * Ability to calculate U-values and Thermal Bridging * Experience with Level 3 and 4 Commercial EPCs preferred but not essential. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Deliver a high volume of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure client compliance with Part L and timely EPC issuance * Provide high-quality consultancy services and written reports at planning and construction stages to meet planning requirements and building regulations Part L * Leverage team resources to ensure clients receive prompt, high-quality advice and assessments.
