Salary: Plus Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop

Hours: Permanent, Full time

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

The Role

An Area Sales Manager position has arisen within our sales team. We value innovation and creativity and are looking for a sales management professional who can bring a fresh approach to our team. You will need a proven record in Sales. To effectively support our network, you will need to be self-motivated and demonstrate determination to succeed.

Skills and Attributes required

  • Essential
    • Proven experience in a Sales/After Sales role, preferably field based.
    • A track record of delivering sales targets and business development.
    • Highly analytical with a hands-on approach to problem solving and the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all dealer management levels.
    • Good relationship management skills to manage relationships with customers within the designated territory.
    • Highly numerate and comfortable analysing commercial data.
    • Computer Literate: Conversant with Word and Outlook.
    • Ambitious and self-motivated with an excellent attitude and great work ethic.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Full valid UK/Irish driving license.
  • Desirable
    • Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard.
    • Experience of working in the Motor trade Industry.
