Job Summary
Reporting to the Interim Head of Digital Marketing – Ostomy, the Digital Marketing Executive supports the digital marketing team in executing the digital marketing strategy for the Global Ostomy & Wound business across Eakin and Respond brands.
Key Activities
Search
- Support the management and implementation of a global SEO strategy to increase online visibility.
- Ensure all websites and content are fully optimised for maximum exposure, organic ranking growth and brand awareness.
- Manage all off‑site and on‑site optimisation activity.
- Identify and conduct keyword research and utilise these within content to enable organic position growth.
- Report on search KPIs such as organic traffic, search engine rankings and other SEO aspects using Google Analytics and SEO management platforms and provide recommendations based on performance data.
Website
- Maintain and execute minor updates, design and content uploads on all global Ostomy websites, including eakinostomy.com and respond.co.uk.
- Promote new website content via social media channels and develop innovative ways of driving traffic to the websites.
- Implement conversion‑rate optimisation activities and analyse user behaviour to increase site conversion rate and user experience.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external web developers and ensure all technical SEO activities are executed effectively.
- Report on all website KPIs and provide recommendations based on performance data.
Digital Marketing Funnel
- Support the Global Ostomy Marketing Team with overseeing the coordination of all website and search elements of marketing campaigns, proactively ensuring their success.
- Assist the Senior Social Media Executive with the creation of social media content across global channels.
Marketing General
- Provide expertise on competitor digital activity and adjust the digital marketing plan to capitalise on opportunities.
- Ensure all digital marketing communications adhere to data protection legislation.
- Collaborate with the wider Global Ostomy Product & Marketing team in executing online education and event activities.
- Ensure consistent identity and tone of voice across the online presence.
Other
