ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to ensure good quality products are manufactured in line with the relevant work instruction to meet customer requirements within efficient and calculated timelines. You will work as an important part of the production team on the site you are based.
Salary - £12.73 per hour (Skills / Shift Allowance TBC)
Working Hours - day week - Monday to Thursday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacturing Processes: Carry out various operations within the department ensuring good quality products.
- Follow the relevant work instructions and quality control procedures specified on the QMS to manufacture products of the highest standard.
- Quality Checks: Report any variances to standard of product and seek advice if unsure.
- Housekeeping: To ensure a good standard of housekeeping is maintained in the working area.
- Packing Products: Responsible for ensuring products manufactured are packed neatly into the containers provided not to damage them.
- Other: To adhere to the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and Dignity at work policy in all activities and to actively promote equality of opportunity wherever possible. To be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, in accordance with the company’s Health and Safety policy. To adhere to the company’s Quality policy and Environmental policy. To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.
