About the Role

We are looking for a confident and self‑motivated Finance Manager who can demonstrate strong levels of performance in this role. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will manage a small team and be responsible for supporting the accounting function across the Eakin Healthcare business.

Key Activities

  • Oversee the transactional functions for Eakin R&D and Eakin France
  • Manage the AP/AR functions in the above‑named companies.
  • Accrual accounting and journal management.
  • Line management of one direct report
  • Prepare monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare legal entity trial balances for the above companies.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the above companies
  • Preparation of supporting schedules for legal entity financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with FRS102, local GAAPs and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
  • Preparation of audit files for the external auditors and liaising with the auditors for the annual audit.

Essential

  • Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA etc).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of technical accounting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills are required.
  • Diligent and able to work efficiently with attention to detail, within required timescales.

Desirable

  • Sage X3/Power BI
  • Kefron document management
  • People Management
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing organisation
  • Experience with international entities

Additional Information
