As our Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Group Finance team, leading key aspects of global financial reporting. You’ll manage complex areas such as unrealised stock profit calculations, acquisition accounting and impairment assessments. You’ll collaborate with Treasury and Tax teams, support external reporting including the Annual Report and 20-F filings, and ensure compliance with IFRS and SOX 404. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to best-practice reporting across our global units. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Finance Leadership Team and the Group CFO, influencing decisions that shape our financial future.
Success in this role means being a trusted expert and a collaborative partner. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset to drive excellence in reporting. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Manager with strong technical accounting expertise, ideally trained in a Big 4 firm and now with significant experience in industry.
Qualifications- Strong technical accounting knowledge with proven experience in IFRS, SOX compliance, and group reporting.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, including statutory adjustments, acquisition accounting, and audit management.
- Experience in a complex group environment, ideally working with large clients and multiple countries.
- Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
- Experience with systems such as Hyperion, Tagetik or TM1 is a plus.
