Role: Surgical Solutions Manager – Home Counties. This field-based role involves working closely with clinical teams to support innovative products and drive excellence in patient outcomes within the Sports Medicine portfolio. You will be the go-to expert for surgical solutions, collaborating with theatre teams to ensure safe and effective use of products, support existing customers, and help introduce technology into new accounts. Responsibilities include managing stock and equipment and delivering hands-on training to healthcare professionals.

- Work with hospital theatre teams to ensure safe and effective use of products.

- Contribute to improving service provision and clinical efficiency in hospital theatre environments.
Qualifications
- Medical sales experience, ideally in Orthopaedics or Sports Medicine.
- Alternatively, a clinical background (nursing, ODP, physiotherapy or similar) aiming to move into sales.
- Theatre sales experience is preferred.
- Experience delivering training and guidance to customers and health care professionals to ensure an outstanding sales experience.
- A consistent track record of delivering for customers and patients.

- This role will require 70% domestic travel across the territory.
