We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to lead complex, high-impact initiatives within a global environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, blending predictive and agile methodologies, and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
What you will be doing
- Change Implementation Planning & Management (15%)
- Ensure new technical capabilities are integrated into the business effectively
- Develop and manage business implementation plans aligned with business cycles
- Coordinate site-level implementation plans with the overall programme
- Track progress and ensure realization of projected business benefits
- Define and communicate key business engagement and change messages
- Contract Management (15%)
- Oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations using KPIs
- Monitor supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Address under-performance and compliance issues, applying contract terms as needed
- Evaluate and negotiate contract variations and obtain approvals
- Develop and implement change management and governance protocols
- Project Management (50%)
- Take full accountability for complex, high-risk, and high-profile projects
- Select and adapt appropriate project management methodologies (predictive, iterative, agile)
- Manage stakeholder expectations across business, technical, and executive audiences
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management (20%)
- Identify stakeholder communication and engagement needs
- Act as a single point of contact for project communications
- Facilitate open dialogue and informed business decision-making
- Translate technical and business information into clear, actionable insights
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, Operations, or Information Technology
- Minimum 8 years of senior IT project management experience
- Proven experience delivering projects in a global environment
- PMI PMP (required)
- PMI-ACP and/or Scrum Master (preferred)
- Aligned with travel requirements: 10–25% (with occasional international travel ~10%)
