We are seeking a Culture Lead to join our People Experience team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our employee experience, engagement, and culture strategy across the business. As the Culture Lead, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and Internal Communications to design and deliver impactful programs that foster connection, inclusivity, and performance. What will you be doing?

  • Culture Development & Strategy: Partner with leadership to shape a consistent and meaningful company culture aligned with our values and strategic goals. Activate and embed our Culture Pillars and Commitments across the organisation to drive high performance and belonging.
  • Employee Engagement & Communications: Design and implement initiatives (with Internal Comms) that strengthen employee connection, belonging, and motivation. Lead the rollout and optimisation of employee feedback tools (surveys, focus groups, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
  • Data & Strategy: Analyse employee engagement data to inform strategy and present results to leadership. Track the impact of cultural initiatives and refine programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Inclusion & Belonging: Partner with the Director of Inclusion & Belonging to develop and implement strategies that reflect our diverse workforce. Ensure all engagement and culture programs support inclusivity, equity, and respect.
  • Collaboration & Council Leadership: Bring cohesion across People Experience programs (learning, well-being, benefits, rewards, recognition). Lead the Culture Council and coordinate Culture & Compliance Board papers and Listening sessions.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Org Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience driving cultural and engagement strategy in complex organisations.
  • Deep understanding of inclusion, equity, and belonging.
  • High emotional intelligence and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into meaningful action.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating matrix environments with a strong business mindset.
