Responsibilities:
- Extensive support & operations management experience, & ops risk experience (service performance, stability, availability, incidents, problem management, opex management)
- Good infrastructure and environment literacy (capacity, resilience, prod/non prod, change freezes)
- Deep Non Functional Requirements understanding (performance, availability, recoverability, supportability) and how to make them measurable
- Analytical mindset to spot repeat root causes and systemic issues
- Executive safe communication to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Optional Skills:
- Degree
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years delivering progressively larger and more complex projects up to $5m, teams up to 20
- Ideally a PDF accreditation or Prince or similar within Project Management
- Communication and resilience. Story telling, Entrepreneurial skills
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
