- DEX Sustainability Responsibilities
- Lead DEX Sustainability from design into delivery, implementation and value realisation
- Strong project delivery and operational management experience covering service performance, stability, incidents, risk and OPEX.
- Good infrastructure knowledge including resilience, environments, release management and change control
- Define and manage Non-Functional Requirements and measurable operational outcomes Drive operational readiness, service transition, deployment and support handover
- Identify delivery risks, root causes, process inefficiencies and systemic issues
- Communicate technical and operational issues clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams through delivery, testing, deployment and transition to BAU

Mandatory Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification
- Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Proven delivery of technology projects into production
- Operational readiness and service transition experience
- Cloud, Saa S and digital platform experience
- Governance, assurance and vendor management
- Planning, budgeting, dependency and risk management
- Executive stakeholder management and financial forecasting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in digital, data and technology delivery
Preferred Skills
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years IT experience, including leadership of complex projects up to $5M.
- Sustainability, data, reporting or regulatory programme experience.
- Global and cross-functional delivery experience.
- Strong influencing, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
