Eaglecliff Recruitment in Greater London seeks a Training Lead to own the learning strategy for a major programme. You will design learning pathways beyond system training, align with new end-to-end processes, and drive adoption of Veson IMOS and bespoke tools.
You will manage a vendor, coordinate training resources, supervise delivery, and work with Change & Engage stakeholders to translate change impact into learning requirements, delivering high-quality material and effective training.
