Senior .Net C# Software Developer: Market Data – Commodity Trading

Front office trading environment at a global commodities trading company. Develop and support the platform for managing market and fundamental data across capture, forecasting and visualisation for Power, Gas and Weather.

Contract: 12 month initial contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the system for market data capture and forecasting.
• Support stakeholders in Power, Gas and Weather data visualisation.
• Collaborate with large, globally dispersed team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience.
• Strong .Net / C#.
• Strong SQL Server.
• Experience modelling commodities, preferably energy (power, gas, environmental products).
• Logical thinker, quick learner, strong initiative.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
