b Overview /b p In this role you will be a hands-on DevOps engineer supporting global derivatives trading production environments within a small, high-performing team. You’ll collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to improve stability and resilience, assist with troubleshooting, and act as a subject-matter expert for trading systems. The role focuses on scalable, compliant algorithmic trading technology and requires active participation in an on-call rotation. This is a hands-on, impactful position in a world-leading energy trading context. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Proactively manage end-to-end trading workflows and improve stability with delivery and infrastructure teams /li li Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, support, and technical business users /li li Serve as SME for trading systems initiatives /li li Support scalable algorithmic trading technology in a compliant and flexible way /li li Participate in on-call rotation as part of a global development team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 8+ years in Commodity Trading, Capital Markets, or Investment Banks /li li Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, PowerShell, C#, SQL) /li li 8+ years of FIX engineering experience /li li Experience with market data distribution, feedhandlers, and RTDS components /li li Knowledge of global futures exchanges and exchange-traded derivatives lifecycle /li li Experience with third-party networks and EMS/OMS software vendors (e.g., TT, NYFIX, Bloomberg, TradingScreen) /li li Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities /li /ul ul li Collaborative /li li Analytical /li li Proactive /li li Python /li li PowerShell /li li C# /li /ul
