Delivery-focused Project Manager to lead Legacy ETRM Platform Sustainability from design through implementation, operational readiness, stabilisation and transition into business-as-usual support.
The role is accountable for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, plan, resources, dependencies, risks, governance and operational readiness are effectively managed and that the programme delivers measurable improvements to the stability, resilience and sustainability of the current platform.

Technology leader specialising in infrastructure operations, service management and operational transformation across complex multi-site and federated environments.
Experienced in leading infrastructure, operations and service teams across shared services and multi-entity organisations, improving operational maturity, resilience and service quality across enterprise technology estates.

- - CAB governance, change management and operational risk reduction
- - Stakeholder engagement, team leadership and service improvement
Role Summary:
Essentially this assignment encompasses aspects of Service Delivery and Operational Resilience so a background with ITIL or similar processes will be helpful.
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
