They will apply their experience of Project Delivery, Agile Methodology as well as their hands-on and business-facing experience to take ownership of the Project and its end-to-end lifecycle.Within Information & Digital Engineering (IDE), the role builds Agile capability while providing project management support to deliver outcomes with appropriate governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.Key Accountabilities:Project Delivery and Governance:Lead projects and delivery initiatives through the appropriate lifecycle.Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality and benefits.Establish effective governance and reporting.Ensure compliance with delivery and assurance standards.Communicate progress, risks, decisions and actions clearly.Leadership and Community Contribution:Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.Influence and challenge constructively using evidence and judgement.Support high-performing teams through coaching and collaboration.Contribute to Agile and Delivery Management communities of practice.Mentor Agile practitioners and project managers.Expected Outcomes:Successful delivery of agreed project objectives, effective governance and financial control, transparent reporting, proactive risk management, successful business transition and adoption, and a collaborative, high-performing delivery team.
