Exciting opportunity for a Salesforce QA Test Lead to join this World Leading Energy Trading company on a critical trading project. This will be a 6-12 Month contract role initially with the view to extend on an ongoing basis.
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality across complex Salesforce programmes:
- Lead functional, integration, regression & UAT testing
- Own test strategy, governance & quality metrics
- Hands-on Salesforce testing (Lightning, LWC, integrations, APIs)
- Build automation frameworks using Python + Selenium
- Mentor QA engineers and lead distributed teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years QA experience (3+ in Salesforce)
- Strong Python/Selenium automation expertise
- Salesforce Lightning & API testing experience
- CI/CD, Agile/Scrum knowledge
