About The Role:
- Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a change practitioner to:
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
- Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business.
Your Background Needs To Include:
- Minimum 4 years of experience within Change Management
- Must have experience with a well-known consultancy or with a global, blue-chip organisation.
- Proven ability to put together creative communications.
- Minimum of degree level education.
- Prosci / APMG Change Management adventitious.
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
