This is an exciting time to join this world-leading Energy company as it evolves from a traditional Oil & Gas enterprise into a future-focused Energy leader. This transformation includes the establishment of a highly successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team and ventures into cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving demands of the Energy sector. These initiatives include advanced Gas infrastructure, LNG technology, effective Energy Storage systems and Green Energy solutions. These innovations create opportunities for exceptionally talented individuals to contribute to the success of this evolution, working alongside some of the industry’s top professionals and leveraging the very latest technology.

About The Role:

  • Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as a change practitioner to:
  • Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
  • Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
  • Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of Shell's business.

Your Background Needs To Include:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience within Change Management
  • Must have experience with a well-known consultancy or with a global, blue-chip organisation.
  • Proven ability to put together creative communications.
  • Minimum of degree level education.
  • Prosci / APMG Change Management advantageous.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
