This position does not qualify for benefits.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience coaching high school-aged athletes.

Completion of the CHSAA coaching form, passing score on the CHSAA coaching test, and completion of CHSAA concussion training (more information: CHSAA Coaches Corner ).

Must pass a background check performed by the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach student-athletes at all levels of the girls\’ flag football program.

Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training to promote individual and team development.

Build a competitive and character-driven program aligned with ERAs core values.

Collaborate with the Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, parents, and coaches to coordinate schedules and supervise transportation needs.

Plan and host award banquets, camps, and conditioning events.

Manage and maintain all issued equipment and uniforms.

Maintain consistent communication with the Athletic Director regarding athlete needs, incidents, and program concerns.

Foster strong communication with coaching staff, athletes, parents, and the broader community.

Maintain knowledge of league and CHSAA regulations related to high school flag football.

Support and participate in program fundraising efforts.

Adhere to league, district, and CHSAA policies and regulations.

Provide accurate and timely budget information to the Athletic Director.
