The Role
As part of our experienced Hire Team, you'll be at the heart of our customer operation, helping customers find the right solutions while supporting the continued growth of the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and converting customer hire enquiries
- Producing quotations and processing orders
- Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Coordinating with internal departments to deliver exceptional service
- Managing hire administration accurately and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
- Working towards team and personal targets in a positive, supportive environment

About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous Hire Desk or rental industry experience
- Experience within the hire sector (access industry experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Experience using hire software systems
- Knowledge of SYRINX would be advantageous, although full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- The ambition to develop your career and grow with the business
