Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of maintenance programmes designed to prevent failures and minimise downtime.

- Apply root cause analysis to breakdowns to engineer out further problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all engineering activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate as part of a larger team and act as the subject matter expert for dedicated kit.
- Drive future improvement projects with a tenacious, long-term focus on sustainable fixes.
Qualifications
- Experience on fast-moving manufacturing kit.
- Skilled in preventative maintenance and root cause analysis within a factory or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Salary and Work Details
