We are looking for a HR Coordinator, someone who is organised, people-focused and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with a supportive team and reporting directly to the Head of HR. You’ll be right at the heart of HR operations from onboarding new starters to supporting payroll, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. The Day Job
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding, including inductions and employment documentation
- Maintaining accurate HR records in line with GDPR and best practice
- Supporting absence management, training, promotions, and performance reviews
- Working closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Acting as a super-user for HR systems and time & attendance software
- Supporting employee relations processes with discretion and professionalism
- Assisting with HR projects, audits, and internal initiatives that boost engagement, diversity, and inclusion
In short, you’ll be the go-to person who helps keep HR running efficiently and compliantly.
What we are looking for
- Experience in HR administration supporting HR processes
- A strong communicator who is comfortable with difficult conversations
- Are organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Communicate clearly and handle confidential information with care
- Are working towards (or already hold) CIPD Level 3 (desirable but not essential)
