HR Advisor Multi‐Site Business | Circa £32k | North West HQ

We\'re on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic, multi‐site business as part of a small but well‐established HR team.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager but embedded at one of their satellite sites, you\'ll be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, offering practical guidance, resolving issues, and supporting business performance through great people practices.

This role is highly transactional, requiring you to roll up sleeves and get stuck in. You\'ll need to complete basic HR admin, create and implement processes, and work autonomously. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, leading investigations, coaching managers, driving recruitment, enhancing onboarding, performing performance reviews, training needs analysis, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for HR‐related queries and employee concerns

Support recruitment and onboarding alongside line managers

Handle investigations, disciplinary and performance processes

Identify skills gaps and coordinate training initiatives

Drive employee engagement through actionable insights

Support Payroll with accurate data for timely processing

What We\'re Looking For

34 years\' experience in a generalist HR role

CIPD Level 3 (minimum)

Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice

Confidence to work independently while being a collaborative team player

A full driving licence

Manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential
