This is a brand-new role to the business.
We are looking for a practical, self-motivated, approachable, and versatile Administrator to join our growing business.
Ideally, someone with the ambition to grow and develop within the role.
Within this role you will work in a busy office environment, carrying out a variety of tasks to help support the operations and management team, office experience is essential.
Your role will include the following tasks
- General administration duties.
- Ensuring compliance duties are adhered to across multiple operations.
Laboratory training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to understand the process and be able to offer support during busy periods.
- Coordinate weighbridge operations, including vehicle check-in, weighing, and documentation.
- Support to the Management Team in the delivery of operational and business activities.
- Record and maintain site & operational data within excel based systems.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures and requirements. Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience within office administration is essential.
- Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Weighbridge experience (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- The ability to prioritise tasks in line with business demands.
