The ELR website is updated daily to provide photographs, video tours, floor plans, information about properties and local amenities, and the option to print out brochures. ELR specializes in residential sales, lettings, and property management.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheffield for a Property Sales Negotiator. The Property Sales Negotiator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating property sales negotiations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth property transaction process. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, liaising with clients, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Estate Agents and Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Lettings and Property Management
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close property sales
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Vebra Alto software and is a plus
  • A valid driver\’s license and access to a vehicle

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
  • Every other Saturday 9am until 12:30pm
