EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse. We are expanding our team and are recruiting talented, values-led people who want to help strengthen services and improve outcomes for the diverse communities we serve.

This is a key role leading the consolidation phase of EACH’s organisational transformation programme and supporting the delivery of a sustainable Target Operating Model. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in supporting and developing teams through organisational transformation.

  • Strong project and change-management experience
  • Implementation planning
  • Risk management
  • Governance experience
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in performance reporting and influencing without direct line-management authority

You will need:

  • Strong report writing and presentation skills, providing updates/briefings/information appropriate to the audience
  • Relevant project or change management qualification, e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, APM, MSP, PMP, Prosci (ADKAR) or significant proven experience in leading and implementing transformation effectively
  • Demonstrable experience in project and change management including risks and their mitigation
  • A track record of improving organisational effectiveness through process redesign, systems improvement and change implementation
  • Experience of working with data and process design and implementing new ways of working
